The problem

The website had non-functional features, there was no coherent brand identity, and lead management was entirely manual. Every inquiry, booking and follow-up ran through the owner, which put a hard ceiling on growth.

The digital presence did not reflect the quality of the actual service, so customers who found them online were not converting at the rate the work deserved.

What I built

  1. A brand identity from scratchLogo, colour system, typography and guidelines, built to compete with larger, better-resourced operators in the same market.
  2. Original photographyShot the business properly so the visual presence matched the quality of the field work.
  3. A full website rebuildNot a refresh. Rebuilt around lead conversion: clear service descriptions, trust signals, real photography and friction-free contact flows.
  4. A CRM covering the whole journeyImplemented end to end, from first inquiry through job completion, so nothing lived only in the owner’s head.
  5. Backend automationAutomated intake, scheduling, lead routing and follow-up, removing the manual bottlenecks costing hours every day.
  6. Attribution the owner could readSet up tracking so it was visible which channels were actually producing work.

What made it hard

Small-business constraints are real and unforgiving, no large budget, no IT team, no tolerance for a system needing constant maintenance. Everything had to work reliably without intervention.

Need one of these built?

I build the layer underneath campaigns, and the reporting that shows whether it worked.
